A clear explanation of how we handle quotation requests and business correspondence.

Who is responsible

Lunell Professional Limited (CRO 805373), trading under the Independent Stock Audit brand, is responsible for handling enquiries submitted on this website. Registered office: 2B Doughiska Road, Galway, H91 WY24, Ireland. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a quotation we ask for your business name, contact name, business email, optional phone number, site location, type and volume, preferred working hours and project description.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess your project, prepare a quotation and respond to your request. Our basis is legitimate interest in responding to B2B enquiries and taking steps at your request before a possible service contract. We do not use this information to send unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.

How it is sent

The contact form sends an encrypted HTTPS request to Cloudflare infrastructure, which forwards an enquiry message to our company inbox. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the website offers to open your own email app instead. We do not store customer enquiry data in a website database. To protect unfinished enquiries from accidental reloads, a draft is kept in session storage in your browser tab for up to 24 hours. It is cleared after a successful submission or when you choose Clear draft. Closing the tab normally clears this storage; browser session restoration may retain it. This draft is not sent to us until you submit the form.

Third parties and retention

Cloudflare provides website and security services. Google provides our email inbox. They may process data under their applicable terms. We normally retain unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 12 months after the last correspondence, unless legal requirements or an ongoing business relationship require longer retention.

Your rights

Subject to applicable GDPR rules, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and website metrics

The site does not install advertising or analytics trackers by default. Essential infrastructure security processing may take place. We will update this notice if we add non-essential cookies or marketing tools.
